Food & Beverage Manager

As a Food & Beverage Manager you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our diverse and high-energy dining outlets. If you are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a talented team, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service

Oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Minimum of four years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Familiarity with casino operations is a plus
