Beverage Manager
As a Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our diverse and high-energy bar outlets. If you are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a talented team, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience for our guests, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of cocktail servers, bartenders, and support staff, and supervisors to ensure a high standard of service
Oversee the management of day-to-day operations of beverage outlets, including bars and lounges
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Familiarity with casino operations is a plus
