What it's like to be a Serra TC Business Development Center Associate?
As a BDC Associate, you will work closely with the Sales and Service Teams to be the front‑line contact for answering incoming calls, directing customers’ questions to the correct department, and scheduling appointments for our Service departments. This is an entry‑level position with growth potential and an opportunity for someone who appreciates consistently achieving turn‑around goals, is enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, has effective communication and active listening skills, and is efficient with timelines. Job Qualifications and Opportunities
Education and/or Experience – No experience necessary.
Ability to use computer systems effectively.
You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees.
Effective communication and active listening skills.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License that meets our company insurance standards.
Willingness to complete a background check.
Willingness to complete a drug screen and MVR.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of standing and sitting at a computer desk. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Reasonable accommodations may be made to support and enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
