Lead Education Advisor: Mentoring, College Access & Career Planning

Mdc Tacoma is looking for a Lead Education Advisor to assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training Education Advisors. This role provides mentoring directly to students and involves hosting educational workshops, recruiting participants, and advising on post-secondary education opportunities. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field, excellent communication skills, and at least two years of experience in career planning, particularly with low-income backgrounds.
