is seeking a
licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
to join our interdisciplinary rehab team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ functional independence and quality of life in a supportive clinical environment.
Position Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and coordination
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
Qualifications
Current
Florida Occupational Therapist license
(required)
Experience in a
Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting
preferred
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to quality resident care and outcomes
