Position Summary:
As a Northcrest RN, you will be responsible for overseeing resident care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Essential Functions:
Oversee and provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
Supervise and support CNAs/STNAsEnsure compliance with care plans and regulations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Promote and protect resident rights
Follow all facility policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule Requirements:
PRN team members must have flexible availability, including
days, nights, weekends, and holidays , based on facility needs.
Qualifications:
Current
RN license
in the state of Ohio
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Long-term care experience preferred
