Position Summary:
As a Northcrest Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work in an environment that promotes professional growth while providing high-quality care to our residents. CNAs are responsible for assisting residents with daily needs under the direction and supervision of an RN/LPN. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.
Essential Functions:
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents, families, visitors, and team members
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and repositioning
Promote and protect resident rights, ensuring dignity, respect, and safety at all times
Report any concerns, including suspected abuse or neglect
Follow all facility policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule Requirements:
PRN team members must have flexible availability, including
days, nights, weekends, and holidays , based on facility needs.
Qualifications:
Current
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to safely lift, move, and transfer residents using proper techniques and equipment
