Position Summary:
As a Northcrest LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while working under the supervision of an RN or Director of Nursing. You will play a key role in ensuring quality care and resident comfort.
Essential Functions:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes
Support and assist CNAs/STNAs with resident care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Promote and protect resident rights
Follow all facility policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule Requirements:
PRN team members must have flexible availability, including
days, nights, weekends, and holidays , based on facility needs.
Qualifications:
Current
LPN license
in the state of Ohio
Strong communication and clinical skills
Long‑term care experience preferred
