Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time
Position Type: Full Time, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts.

Position Requirements: Colorado or compact Registered Nurse, BLS certification.

Compensation: $31.50 to $42.50 per hour (includes shift differentials). Sign‑on bonus: $3,000 available for individuals not employed at Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers in the last 36 months, for full‑time employment and a 1‑year commitment.

Shift: Evenings & Nights.

Location: 360 Canyon Ridge Drive, Wray, CO 80758.

Job Description
Provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises nursing assistants, ensuring all activities comply with laws, regulations, policies, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.

Medication/treatment administration & management

Vital signs & monitoring

Wound care

Specimen collection

Routine procedures

Support activities of daily living

Emotional support

Emergency response

Collaboration with healthcare team

CNA supervision

Assessments, documentation, monitoring, & reporting

Liaison with families
