POSITION TYPE
Full Time, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Colorado or compact Licensed Practical Nurse, BLS certification

COMPENSATION BASE RATE
$24.50 to $32.50 dependent on experience (includes shift differentials)

$3,000 sign on bonus available to individuals not employed at Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers in the last 36 months, with full‑time employment & 1‑year commitment.

Job Description

Provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.

Essential Duties include but not limited to

Medication/treatment administration & management

Vital Signs & monitoring

Wound Care

Specimen collection

Routine procedures

Support activities of daily living

Emotional Support

Emergency response

Collaboration with healthcare team

CNA supervision

Documentation, monitoring, & reporting

Liaison with families
