Job Overview
Maintenance Mechanic Lead performs project management duties, maintenance and repairs of all pneumatic machines and line equipment.
Shift & Schedule
2nd Shift - 1:30PM - 10:00PM; flexibility to work weekends when needed. OT is common for this position.
Position Responsibilities
Diagnose, plan, and perform all operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, and dismantle various types of complex manufacturing and support equipment with special focus on advanced troubleshooting on control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, and PLCs on complex high-speed packaging lines
Perform preventive maintenance and other proactive activities to monitor and maintain equipment condition
Troubleshoot and repair of Pneumatic Control Systems, Allen Bradley PLC Systems, RSLinx, Process Control Instrumentation, 3 phase (480V) Circuits, Motor starters and controls
Coordinate with other technicians, production personnel, engineering, management, and other stakeholders to communicate and plan maintenance activities
Coordinate with equipment/service vendors for technical assistance
Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized work areas
Comply with regulatory, Keurig Dr Pepper, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards (especially safety)
Assist other maintenance technicians as priorities dictate, time allows, or directed
Identify opportunities for maintenance or process improvement and drive recommendations to implementation or resolution
Complete or assist with special projects as directed
Perform other duties as requested by management
Total Rewards
Prefer technical Associates Degree or minimum of 2 years Electro/Mechanical experience in an automated manufacturing environment
Lead or supervisory experience required
2 years experience in troubleshooting and repair of Pneumatic Control Systems, Allen Bradley PLC Systems, RSLinx, Process Control Instrumentation, 3 phase (480V) Circuits, Motor starters and controls and electronic circuit boards preferred
Lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly
Requirements
Pay starting at $45.02 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $47.38 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.
