Job Description
Responsible for providing short‑term psychotherapeutic services including individual, marital, family, and group treatment.
Principal Accountabilities
Develop written individual recovery plans.
Engage patients to enhance functioning, effective coping, illness management, self‑management, wellness, and quality of life.
Partner with patient’s family, peers, para‑professionals, and professionals to support, monitor, and stabilize consumers in the community.
Participate in community events and human service meetings as appropriate or mandated.
Provide case management services.
Develop and maintain rich collaborative working relationships with hospital emergency departments, service providers, and agencies.
Maintain timely and complete chart documentation.
Incorporate use of criteria sets in the context of utilization management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
LSW required; LCSW or LPC license highly preferred.
Previous clinical/counseling experience with pediatric population.
