WD30267202**What you will do:*** The NDC Schedule Dispatch Coordinator (SDC) is responsible for performing service dispatch and supporting field operation activities within the Security Domain of JCI. They will work closely with NDC Team Managers, field Service Team Managers, internal Operational Excellence partners, peers and customers to drive key business initiatives and service delivery such as managing service backlog, SLA agreements, ensure technician schedule efficiency, coordinate third party vendor meets, accountable for establishing strong professional relationships with field personnel, answering and responding to internal and external inquiries from customers along with other duties to drive field service delivery. They are expected to be able and willing to perform and partner across all major functions within the Schedule Dispatch Coordinator role including Service, Inspection Dispatch, and Parts Pending management.**How you will do it:*** As a Schedule Dispatch Coordinator, it is important to exhibit excellent communication skills, have basic knowledge of computer applications, Microsoft Excel, strong organizational and decision-making skills. Must be flexible and able to adjust to rapid change at a moment’s notice. NDC SDC team members must be able to speak confidently with customers in driving the day-to-day operation and scheduling of service jobs. SD Coordinators are responsible for scheduling service requests, managing technician workflow, meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators, and other duties as assigned.**What we look for:****Required**• Minimum of 1-year customer service• Service dispatch scheduling experience• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned · Maintain above satisfactory attendance**Skills Required**• Good written and verbal communication skills, Detailed Oriented, Flexibility, Composure• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Email/Excel) and other required programs• Confidence, Problem Solving, Composure Critical Thinking Skills, Proactive Decision-Making Skills, Self-Motivated/Driven, Time Management and Prioritization skills ·• Ability to Self-Manage, Accountability, Change AgentHiring Compensation Range: $38,000 - $48,000 USD. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
