Job Summary
Account Payable is an integral part of University Financial Services and serves the entire university in settlement of valid invoices and claims for goods and services. This position is responsible for effectively monitoring the SAP GR/IR GL and resolving issues with invoice postings in SAP. The role requires effective communication with suppliers, campus departments and the Purchasing department.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor SAP GR/IR GL and process supplier invoices and purchase orders.
Resolve posting discrepancies and invoice issues in SAP.
Communicate with suppliers, campus departments and purchasing on invoice status.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely settlement of invoices.
Qualifications
BA degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years experience in Accounts Payable, preferably with the AP module of an enterprise software system.
Experience using SAP in the accounts payable function.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Detail oriented and capable of working independently.
