What You’ll Do
Complete
service requests
in a timely and professional manner
Perform
make-ready / unit turns
to prepare apartments for new residents
Troubleshoot and repair
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Maintain buildings, grounds, and community amenities
Respond to
on-call emergency maintenance
requests as needed
Track and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
Ensure compliance with
OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of maintenance or make-ready experience
(multifamily preferred)
HVAC experience strongly preferred ; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus
Working knowledge of
electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
Ability to be part of an
on-call rotation
Must have
basic tools and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work outdoors, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs
