
Logistics Associate (English/Korean Bilingual)

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments across B2B and B2C channels
Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment from order receipt through final delivery
Monitor shipment status, proactively manage delays, and resolve pending shipment issues
Prepare shipping documentation and support claims and return processes in partnership with Customer Service
Audit freight invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors and carriers
Serve as a primary point of contact for carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to ensure timely and efficient operations
Maintain and validate shipment and inventory data, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed
Support international shipping operations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
Analyze logistics workflows and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and lead time optimization
Prepare and interpret weekly and monthly KPI reports, providing insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making
Qualifications
Must be bilingual in English & Korean
3+ years of experience in international and/or domestic logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
Proficiency in Microsoft particularly Excel
Ability to travel as needed
