Computed Tomography Technologist Travel Job

Salary: $3,366.65 - $3,566.65 /wk Become a vital part of our team as an experienced CT Technologist in Santa Cruz, CA. You will accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT equipment in a hospital setting. Minimum Requirements: 2 years CT technologist experience. Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology or equivalent. Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification (ARRT-CT required). Current state radiologic technologist license (California). BLS certification required. Management or charge experience required as noted by client. Experience with Cerner charting system and McKesson PACS preferred. Experience performing a high volume of scans, including ER patients, virtual colonography, and gated procedures preferred. Assignment Details: Facility type: Hospital. Shift name: Days. Shift pattern: 4x10 with 10-hour day shifts. Orientation: 12 hours departmental orientation plus 3-4 floor-specific shifts. Equipment: Experience with Siemens Sensation 64 and GE 16 LightSpeed scanners preferred. EMR/PACS: Cerner charting and McKesson PACS in use. Floating: May be required to float to Radiology.
