Salary: $2,304.86 - $2,504.86 /wk Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Tech and use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will be responsible for the operation and quality assurance of film processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment. Minimum Requirements: 2 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) technologist experience with references. ARRT RT (R) certification required. Graduate of an AMA-approved or accredited Radiologic Technology program. BLS certification required. State radiologic technologist license for Colorado. Expert knowledge of vascular interventional radiology procedures with ability to work with minimal guidance. On-call availability as required by the unit: approximately one night per week and one weekend per month; may include holiday coverage. Experience with fluoroscopic and angiographic equipment. Familiarity with Siemens bi-plane and single-plane systems preferred. Experience with Meditech and GE Centricity PACS preferred. Preferred: neurointerventional experience (strokes, aneurysms, SAH). Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Unit: Interventional Radiology (IR) suites; typically 5 IR suites. Shift name: Days. Shift details: Days 0630-1700 (alternating 0630-1700 and 0700-1600 schedule noted). Typical staffing: 2 IR technologists and 1 IR RN per shift. On-call requirement: approximately one night per week and one weekend per month; possible holiday coverage. Dress code: Black scrubs required. Equipment: 4 Siemens bi-plane systems and 1 Siemens single-plane system. Location Highlights. Denver area living offers mountain and urban access within short drives and commutes.
