Our Onsite Talent Advisor will support workforce operations at a client site in Gurabo, Puerto Rico, partnering closely with site leadership to deliver a strong employee experience and maintain operational excellence. This role requires a highly organized, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively support employee relations, communication, and day-to-day workforce needs.
This is an in‑house temporary position supporting a growing site environment, with increasing workforce demands tied to site expansion and new product activity. The role is onsite five days per week, with occasional flexibility as needed.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Supporting day‑to‑day workforce operations for approximately 150+ employees onsite
Managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance
Serving as a key point of contact for employee relations, ensuring a professional and supportive experience
Communicating policies, safety practices, and updates clearly and consistently to the workforce
Supporting administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Partnering with supervisors and site leadership to address workforce needs and challenges
Driving process improvements based on feedback, engagement, and operational needs
Maintaining accurate records, reporting, and workforce tracking using tools such as Excel
Supporting shift coverage needs, including alignment to second‑shift operations when required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee management, HR support, administrative, or team lead capacity
Strong communication and employee‑relations skills, with a professional and polished approach
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience with ADP or similar HR systems preferred
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, supervisors, and leadership
Results‑oriented with strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization
Comfortable supporting employee‑related conversations, including investigations when needed
English proficiency required (full bilingual fluency not required)
Ability to work onsite in Gurabo, PR five days per week
Base pay for this position is up to $16.00/hour, based on experience and alignment with role requirements.
