What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Day-to-Day):

Rolling out the red carpet

for new hires during onboarding

Partnering with managers

on employee relations, especially when tough conversations come up

Keeping us compliant and

organised with policies, benefits, and leave administration

Managing HR systems and data

(e.g., spreadsheets or HRIS dashboards)

Being the

go-to person

for clear, kind, and professional communication

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Communicates with clarity and kindness, even in tough situations

Can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without breaking a sweat

Has experience supporting managers through disciplinary actions or performance issues

Is tech‑savvy and confident navigating multiple software platforms (Google Workspace, HRIS, etc.)

Has functional knowledge of Illinois and Indiana employment laws

Brings either a degree in HR/Business or at least 2 years of HR experience
