
Maintenance Technician II in Lebanon

Maintenance/PLC Technician – Responsibilities
Repair and maintenance of manufacturing machinery including machine tools, robots, plating plants, and assembly equipment.
Recognize, troubleshoot, and repair equipment operating problems.
Dismantle devices (electrical/mechanical) to locate and repair or replace defective parts.
Inspect parts (used and new) to determine dimensional characteristics.
Adjust functional parts of devices, equipment, and control instruments.
Start devices/equipment to test performance and perform machine adjustments.
Perform basic preventive/predictive maintenance.
Participate in improvement activities.
Requirements
Three to five years of related experience and/or training; an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school is required.
Working knowledge of PLC and CNC programming and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electrical/electronic circuits and related test equipment (e.g., multimeters, ammeters, voltmeters, etc.).
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Working Hours
5:00 pm – 5:00 am or 5:00 pm – 1:30 am.
