Our client in Franklin, NH is looking for a temporary Front Desk Receptionist. The role involves being the face of the company, managing front‑desk duties, and supporting event planning.
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr. Hours: 7:30 am–4:00 pm. Duration: 1–2 months (temporary). Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities

Serve as the company’s front‑desk representative.
Co‑ordinate large‑scale event planning, assisting the engagement committee.
Order lunches and perform other front‑desk administrative tasks.
Answer phones and page employees as needed.
Coordinate tours of the facility and interact with senior leadership.
Unlock the doors and arrive promptly at 7:30 am each day.
Perform written and oral communication duties.
Essential Functions

Work in a smoke‑free environment.
Answer phones.
Perform administrative duties.
Use Microsoft Office.
Multi‑task and work independently.
Receptionist duties including ordering lunch, coordinating tours, event planning, and paging.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or similar front‑desk role.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
