Responsibilities
Promote safety by acting as an active advocate for OSHA and Vulcan standards for yourself and others.
Perform general physical activities, such as working with hand tools, cleaning, washing, sweeping, shoveling materials, and handling 40‑lb bags of ice.
Assist with daily plant operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Training is available for this role.
Certifications: A valid driver’s license is required.
Knowledge: Familiarity with general industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production practices is preferred.
Flexibility: Must work overtime/extended hours and tolerate outdoor work in all weather with loud noise exposure.
Mechanical Skills: Basic knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance.
