Position Overview
We are hiring a Training Developer to design and develop Army training products supporting Operational Contract Support. This role uses the ADDIE process to build modern, effective training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze training needs and recommend course development or revisions

Develop individual and collective training tasks

Support Critical Task and Site Selection Boards (CTSSB)

Create interactive training products (including eLearning/IMI)

Use TRADOC standards (TR 350-70 series) for all deliverables

Maintain training workload data and projections

Review and update Army Logistics University (ALU) course materials

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree required

4–6+ years of military training development experience (level dependent)

Experience with TRADOC training development processes

Experience using Articulate Storyline 360 (or similar tools)

Strong writing and instructional design skills

Preferred

Experience in Operational Contract Support (OCS)

Familiarity with TRIMIS or similar systems
