About the Role
The Field Recruiter owns full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Renuity’s field operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver qualified talent that directly supports business growth and performance.

This is a contract-to-perm opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth within our Talent Acquisition team.

What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance

Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align on hiring needs and priorities

Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach

Maintain active candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring demand

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions

Deliver a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience

Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS

Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus)

Bachelor’s degree preferred
