on our Medical-Surgical Unit. This structured, year-long transition-to-practice program is designed to help newly licensed nurses begin their careers with confidence, competence, and exceptional support.

Program Overview
12-Month Transition-to-Practice Experience

The NVRH New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides a comprehensive, hands-on onboarding experience tailored to support new nurses.

What You\'ll Gain

Dedicated 1:1 Nurse Preceptor for 6 months

12-month professional mentor for ongoing growth and guidance

Structured clinical orientation with consistent feedback and support

Scheduled classroom learning and hands-on simulation

A supportive environment with regular check-ins, coaching, and mentorship

What We\'re Looking For
We welcome applications from enthusiastic, motivated new graduates who:

Hold an Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

Possess (or are eligible for) a Vermont or multi-state Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license

Bring strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability

Demonstrate a passion for learning and delivering compassionate, high-quality care
