Overview
Front Desk Coordinator (Contract) – West Palm Beach / Delray Beach, FL (Floating as needed). On-site role. Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 3-month contract. Compensation: $44,000 – $45,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
Check patients in and out efficiently
Answer phones and assist with general inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify patient information and insurance details
Support front office operations across multiple locations as needed
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience required (healthcare setting preferred)
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Comfortable working in a floating role across locations
Experience in smaller practices (e.g., chiropractic offices) is a plus
