Mechanical Assembler

Summary
The right candidate will be a safety‑minded, hands‑on worker capable of assembling and disassembling components, documenting daily activities, performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, and fostering a clean, safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble and disassemble mechanical components.
Document daily activities and complete maintenance request forms.
Perform cleaning, grinding, painting, and related tasks on equipment and sub‑assemblies.
Remove trash, coolant, oil, scrap, and chips to maintain a tidy workspace.
Work cooperatively with teammates and report unsafe conditions.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
Good mechanical skills and knowledge of mechanical tools.
Basic shop mathematics.
Blueprint reading and interpretation.
Self‑motivation to identify and resolve flow issues independently.
Ability to learn and understand critical processes in assigned areas.
