An Intern is responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions in an assigned department in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
This is a fast-paced work environment with regular deadlines and project completion demands, which requires attentiveness to detail and support to internal departments.
What will I be doing?
As an Intern, I would be responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions in an assigned department in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, I would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Accounts Payable tasks – processing invoices, PO matching, reconciling vendor statements
General books/Income Audit – Credit Card balancing, House charges, and allowances audit
Ad-hoc task – filing, organizing
Pay Rate: $20/hour
