
Per-Diem Registered Nurse - Corporate Health

Corporate Health Registered Nurse needed for an ongoing per diem contract with Yoh’s corporate office client located in San Antonio, TX. The nurse will cover two locations – West San Antonio 78251 and North San Antonio 78258. The schedule is on‑call, typically 0‑5 shifts per week from Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, with an average of about two shifts a month. The clinic provides occupational, primary, and preventative care for employees of a corporate office.
Responsibilities
Nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns.
Ambulatory care, such as treatment of sore throats, ear aches, rashes, pink eye, etc.
Travel health consultation, health coaching, and health education.
Provide medical testing and biometric screenings including EKGs, pulmonary function, phlebotomy, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, vision and hearing screenings, and performing limited interpretation of tests.
Administer immunizations.
Respond to emergencies onsite and provide emergency medical care as needed (assist First Responders).
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Texas.
Minimum three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
Prior experience in Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Family Medicine, Corrections, or School Nursing settings.
Recent clinical experience and strong first‑aid skills.
BLS certification.
Computer savvy, including prior EMR use.
Flexible schedule between Monday and Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm.
