Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our commercial construction team this summer. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing degrees in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, interior design, graphic design (InDesign), or related fields who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, real‑world environment.
You’ll work alongside project managers, superintendents, and design professionals, gaining exposure to all phases of commercial construction—from pre‑construction through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with project coordination, documentation, and daily administrative tasks
Support project managers and superintendents with scheduling, reporting, and field operations
Help review drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and completeness
Participate in site visits to observe construction progress and ensure quality standards
Assist with submittals, RFIs, and project tracking logs
Support design‑related tasks, including layout updates, presentations, and document formatting (for design‑focused interns)
Maintain organized project files and communication across teams
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design (InDesign), or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD, or similar tools is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment
