Job Summary
We are hiring an LPC to deliver virtual counseling services to clients seeking support for mental health and life‑related challenges. This position involves conducting assessments, guiding treatment, documenting care, and helping clients make practical progress through regular therapy sessions. Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually for ongoing counseling appointments
Perform intake assessments and identify immediate treatment needs
Develop treatment plans based on assessment findings
Provide therapy for issues including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and trauma‑related concerns
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely session documentation
Review client progress and update goals throughout treatment
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
Active Missouri LPC license in good standing
At least 1 year of post‑licensure clinical counseling experience preferred
Experience with telehealth or outpatient mental health services is a plus
Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills
