Management Trainee

Program Overview
Our 12‑month New Graduate Rotational Program, “Trainee Program,” is designed for entry‑level qualified candidates eager to learn and grow. Participants will experience multiple functional areas, gaining cross‑functional knowledge and hands‑on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Orientation to CE’s mission, vision, values, and culture.
Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
Residential and commercial sales support.
Wholesale/branch sales operations.
Distribution and warehouse functions.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Requirements
Graduated within two years of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative, self‑motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage complexity.
Willingness to travel during the training period.
Ability to relocate upon completion of the program.
Strong interest in customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, or commercial engineering (a plus).
Internship experience in any of the above areas (a plus).
