Position
Management Trainee – New Graduate Rotational Program 2026
Program Overview
Our Trainee Program is designed for entry‑level qualified candidates who are eager to learn and grow with an organization that puts its People First. Each participant spends approximately 12 months developing and mastering the tools and skills needed to be successful across multiple aspects of the organization.
Training Components
Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values, and culture
Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
Residential/Commercial Sales
Wholesale/Branch sales functions
Distribution/Warehouse functions
Creating a great customer experience
Key Requirements
Will have graduated within two years of obtaining a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year institution with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field of study
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You must be creative, self‑motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic
Ability to work in changing environments and see through complexity
Willingness to travel during the training period
Ability to relocate upon completion of the training program
Strong interest in and desire to learn any of the following is a plus: customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, commercial engineering
Internship experience in any of the above is a plus
