Job Description
Dulany Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support our in‑house legal department. This role provides legal and administrative support with a focus on corporate governance, regulator compliance, entity management, and contract administration. The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented and comfortable supporting day‑to‑day legal operations and corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain corporate records, including entity documents, minute books, resolutions, and governance filings
Support corporate governance activities, including board and committee materials and meeting minutes
Prepare, review, organize, and manage contracts, amendments, and related legal documents
Assist with federal, state, and local regulatory and compliance filings
Coordinate contract routing, signature collection, and document management
Support mergers and acquisitions, financing, and other corporate transactions
Conduct legal and corporate research and summarize findings
Liaise with internal departments, outside counsel, and regulatory agencies
Manage legal calendars, compliance deadlines, and tracking requirements
Assist with special legal projects and other assigned duties
Required Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
3+ years of experience in a corporate, in‑house, or law firm legal environment
Working knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and compliance processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA, or equivalent)
Experience in a regulated, industrial, or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with entity management software and compliance tracking tools
Work Environment:
In‑person, corporate office environment
