The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Managing Director and other key leadership executives. The candidate must be self‑reliant, confident, and reliable. As the Managing Director’s Assistant, they represent the Managing Director’s role in interactions and are privy to confidential information that must be handled with sensitivity. The Executive Assistant supports the Managing Director in daily activities, coordinating meetings, handling customer satisfaction inquiries, social media posts, and related correspondence and communication.
This individual will interact with ownership representatives and Hyatt Corporate personnel on a regular basis, coordinating reservations, meetings, reports, travel and stay arrangements. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, takes initiative, completes projects in a timely manner, and is intellectually durable. Work accuracy and attention to detail are important. This person should be highly motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating schedules, PowerPoint slide decks, coordinating amenities, dining reservations, coordinating plane and transportation, processing invoices and receipts, resolving invoice discrepancies, and assisting with food & beverage outlet administrative needs.
This is an on‑site position. The schedule will be mostly Monday‑Friday; however, the person may be required to work late nights or weekends when operations need. Flexibility in working overtime when needed is required.
The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications
Confident and poised professional with a proven ability to handle a large workload in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write complex documents and produce Excel files
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Must have previous administrative experience; executive administrative experience preferred
Minimum 1 year of hotel experience required; front office and/or reservations experience preferred
Previous experience with Hyatt reservations system (Reserve, Opera) is helpful
