Executive Administrative Assistant
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Managing Director and other key leadership executives. The candidate must be self‑reliant, confident, and reliable. As the Managing Director’s Assistant, they represent the Managing Director in interactions and manage confidential information with sensitivity. The Assistant supports the Managing Director in daily activities: coordinating meetings, handling customer satisfaction inquiries, posting on social media, and related correspondence and communication.

This individual will interact with ownership representatives and Hyatt Corporate personnel regularly, coordinating reservations, meetings, reports, travel and stay arrangements. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, takes initiative, completes projects timely, and demonstrates exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities also include creating schedules, PowerPoint slide decks, coordinating amenities, dining reservations, flight and transportation arrangements, processing invoices and receipts, resolving invoice discrepancies, and assisting with food & beverage outlet administrative needs.

This is an on‑site position. The schedule will be Monday‑Friday, but requires occasional overtime, late nights, or weekends as needed.

Hourly rate: $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Confident and poised professional with a proven ability to handle a large workload in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to write complex documents and produce Excel files

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms

Must have previous administrative experience (executive administrative experience preferred)

Minimum 1 year of hotel experience required; front office and/or reservations experience preferred

Previous experience with Hyatt reservation systems (Reserve, Opera) is helpful
