We are currently hiring
licensed or license-eligible Social Workers/Therapists
to join our dedicated team at our
EAST Valley facility .
What You'll Do
As a
Patient Care Manager , you'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their behavioral health journey. Responsibilities include:
Managing a dynamic caseload in
inpatient or outpatient psychiatric settings
Facilitating
group therapy
and
psychoeducational sessions
Delivering
exceptional patient care
and customer service
Maintaining accurate and timely
clinical documentation
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and participating in
utilization review processes
Thriving in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment
The shifts would be more focused on the weekend for current need. Saturday and Sunday availability hours of 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible).
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Master's degree
in Social Work or Counseling (required)
Licensed or license-eligible
in Arizona: LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LISAC
We also welcome LAC, LASAC, or candidates actively pursuing licensure
Minimum of
2 years' experience
in a behavioral health setting
Must be
21 years of age or older
