Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Workforce Support
Assist with screening, scheduling, and tracking hourly candidates
Coordinate hiring activities with staffing agencies and plant leadership
Participate in local hiring events
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions about roles, benefits, and hiring steps
Schedule and facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding paperwork
HR Administration & Payroll
Process weekly hourly payroll and prepare reports for leadership
Provide front-line HR support to employees (benefits, leave of absence, policies, pay inquiries)
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with policies and regulations
Administrative & Accounting Support
Process invoices (purchase order matching, coding, data entry)
Support productioin billing and reporting
Track Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations (MROs)
Assist with general office administration (mail, supplies, events, newsletters, bulletin boards)
Support plant safety reporting and documentation
Cross-train to provide backup support across the department
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and cross-train
Ability to travel occasionally as needed
