We are seeking a hands-on
Machine Technician
to support a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure consistent quality and uptime.
Responsibilities
Start, operate, and stop production equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor and adjust machines to maintain product quality and performance
Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and make real-time adjustments
Perform light maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance (PMs)
Support setup and operation of auxiliary equipment
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to support production goals
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical work preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude (automotive, equipment, or hands-on experience)
Ability to troubleshoot and think through mechanical problems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in varying conditions
Competitive hourly pay ($22–$25/hour)
