Role Overview
This is a Sikorsky Field Service Representative (FSR) position based in King Khalid Military City (KKMC) Air Base, Saudi Arabia. The FSR will provide organizational and intermediate level support for the UH-60M to the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command (RSLFAC). The position will be performed onsite 100% of the time while in Saudi Arabia, with teleworking for internal systems requirements while on assignment.
Responsibilities
Provide over‑the‑shoulder training in maintenance and operational techniques for repair of the aircraft and equipment, including test equipment.
Emphasize safety precautions and demonstrate best methods for installation of modifications and retrofit kits.
Render technical guidance to resolve difficult and unusual maintenance problems.
Analyze maintenance programs and recommend beneficial improvements for customer operations.
Serve as a liaison to Sikorsky Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) for the exchange of information relative to aircraft maintenance.
Submit written reports to Sikorsky RMS Program Management on a weekly and monthly basis in summary format.
Assist with the use of special tools and test equipment.
Identify areas where additional training may be required.
Qualifications
Mechanical and electrical experience maintaining Sikorsky UH-60M military helicopters.
Willingness to provide 24/7 on‑call support.
Capable of obtaining and maintaining a valid U.S. passport.
Must possess and be capable of maintaining a DoD Secret Level security clearance prior to starting the position.
Willing to travel in support of customer requirements.
College degree to meet immigration requirements.
U.S. citizenship required.
Desired Skills
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification.
Master Training Specialist certification.
U.S. Army Quality/Production Control experience.
Security Clearance
U.S. citizenship is required. Clearance level: Secret. This position requires a government security clearance.
Benefits & Compensation
Annual base salary range for this position (California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC): $95,000 – $167,440.
Annual base salary range for most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York: $109,200 – $189,290.
