Paralegal Wanted
We’re a growing Personal Injury law firm looking for a Paralegal to assist our litigation department. We need this employee to file documents with the various courts, monitor & maintain assigned attorney’s litigation schedule and calendar, coordinate discovery answers with clients, draft discovery responses, update clients on a continual basis, correspond with opposing counsel regarding deposition and mediation dates, produce/create deposition notebooks and trial materials and maintain discovery production logs.

Responsibilities
File documents with the various courts
Monitor & maintain assigned attorney’s litigation schedule
Calendar any deadlines assigned
Coordinate discovery answers with clients and draft responses
Update clients on a continual basis
Assist litigation staff for trial
Prepare attorney binders for hearings, mediation, and depositions
Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
Minimum of associate’s degree
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish)
Personal Injury Litigation experience
