Overview
Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
We are a top-tier plaintiff personal injury firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our fast-paced, high-performance team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong track record in personal injury litigation who thrives under tight deadlines and complex case management.
This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with substantial litigation experience should apply.
Responsibilities
Manage complex personal injury cases independently from pre-suit through trial
Draft and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and client correspondence
Prepare, organize, and review medical records, depositions, and trial exhibits
Summarize medical records and deposition transcripts for attorney review
Maintain detailed litigation calendars, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules
Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally
Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files with precision
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience; trial experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Strong understanding of Michigan court rules and civil procedure
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, independent, and proactive
Experience with Practice Master and Worldox preferred, but not required
