We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Morning Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment community.
Responsibilities
Unit turns / make-readies
Painting and drywall patching
Minor repairs and general maintenance
Preparing vacant units for move-in
Assisting with daily work orders
General property upkeep and maintenance support
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of general maintenance experience
Experience with apartment turns / make-ready preferred
Reliable, task-oriented, and able to work independently
Friendly attitude with good customer service skills
Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is a plus
Basic HVAC knowledge or apartment maintenance experience is a plus
Requirements
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors
Personal smartphone required for work-related apps/photos
Must be able to pass a background check
