Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated DDD (Developmental Disabilities Division) Coordinator to lead and manage programs supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. In this vital role, you will coordinate services, foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners, and ensure the delivery of high-quality support tailored to each individual’s needs. Your leadership will empower individuals to achieve their goals and promote independence within a compassionate, organized framework. Duties

Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and service providers to ensure comprehensive support.

Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet program objectives.

Supervise staff members, including training, performance evaluations, and providing ongoing support to foster a collaborative team environment.

Coordinate intake assessments and develop individualized service plans that align with each person’s goals and needs.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and funding requirements related to developmental disability services.

Maintain detailed administrative records, prepare reports, and document client progress accurately for continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management or program development within social work or behavioral health settings.

Demonstrated working knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Strong relationship management skills to build trust with clients, families, community partners, and team members.

Previous supervisory experience overseeing staff or program teams in a social services environment.

Excellent administrative skills including record-keeping, budgeting, and report writing.

Background in social work or related fields is highly preferred.

Ability to navigate behavioral health systems and understand regulatory compliance requirements.

Familiarity with the iRecord system or NJ DDD’s electronic platform.
