Description

Education and Training

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience

Minimum of one to two years experience in a customer service or call center environment; experience in hospital or physician answering service preferred.
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications

Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate the phone system, computer, and other related business equipment.
Must maintain confidentiality of patient, employee or financial records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

Education

Required

HS Diploma or Equivalent or better.
