Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with policy questions, updates, billing inquiries, and general account support. You will play an important role in maintaining strong relationships with policyholders and helping ensure they have the coverage and service they need.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with policy questions and coverage information

Process policy updates, renewals, and documentation requests

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels

Maintain accurate records and follow agency procedures

Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and administrative tasks

Provide friendly and efficient service that builds long-term customer relationships

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities

Positive attitude and customer-first mindset

Willingness to obtain insurance licensing
