Administrative Assistant Receptionist

Responsibilities
Provide clerical support to the administrative team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or resident's room
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
Sort and distribute mail and packages
Operate office equipment, such as copiers and computers, with minimal supervision
Perform other administrative tasks, including typing, filing, and data entry, as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to established safety and sanitation procedures
Participate in in-service educational classes and on-the-job training programs as directed
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service, quality, and teamwork
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one (1) year of experience in a clerical position preferred but not required
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and perform tasks that may involve exposure to the blood and/or body fluids
Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet
Ability to perform all additional tasks assigned to you by supervisor
