Summary
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible primarily for assisting guests with food and/or beverage orders. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast‑paced position with constant customer interaction and cash handling. The attendant will provide service in the marketplace, Regency Club, or the pool as directed. Responsibilities include fulfilling guest orders, preparing hot and cold beverage orders, espresso‑based hot and cold drinks, and light food preparation such as heating and serving food in accordance with menu standards and provided recipes. The attendant will also maintain a welcoming and clean environment for guests, handle cleaning duties such as wiping counters, sweeping and mopping floors, bussing tables, emptying trash, restocking beverage and food preparation supplies, and other job duties as assigned by managers. Food delivery to the pools is also required.
Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
