Summary
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible primarily for assisting guests with food and/or beverage orders. This person must have exceptional communication skills and superior guest service abilities. This is a fast‑paced position with constant customer interaction and cash handling. The attendant will provide service in the Market place, Regency Club or the Pool as directed, prepare hot and cold beverage orders, espresso‑based drinks, and light food preparation. The role also includes clearing tables, cleaning counters, sweeping and mopping floors, restocking supplies, and delivering food to the pools.
Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
